About this policy

This policy describes how SAREK handles information collected through sarek.world and its early-access waitlist. Contact us at hello@sarek.world with privacy questions.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and signup date. Cloudflare processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Our signup endpoint uses a temporary hash derived from the IP address and a ten-minute time window to limit repeated requests.

How we use information

We use your email to manage early-access registration and send SAREK access updates. We process signup connection information to protect the endpoint from abuse. Joining does not require a wallet or payment.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and handles signup requests. Supabase stores waitlist records. These providers process information as needed to operate the service. Processing locations depend on provider configuration; we do not promise that data stays in a particular country.

Retention

We retain waitlist records while they are needed to manage early access and related updates. You can request removal at any time. Rate-limit records are cleaned up during later signup requests when their time window is more than one window behind the current window.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, or to stop receiving updates, email hello@sarek.world from the address you registered. We may ask for information needed to verify a request. Additional rights may apply under your local law.

Email and cookies

Automatic signup confirmation emails are not currently enabled. The website displays confirmation after a successful signup. Our signup form does not save your email in browser storage. Hosting and security services may process technical request information.

We will update this page if the signup process or use of information changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
